Administrator
The Candidate will:
- Perform office management tasks
- Prepare the monthly accounts
- Manage the cash box
- Prepare the monthly expenses
- Prepare staff employment contracts and manage staff leaves
- Participate in recruitment processes
- Manage staff health insurance
- Participate in the financial preparation of proposals
- Translate administrative documents if needed
- Participate in writing the interim and final financial reports for donors
Profile of the Candidate:
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of similar experience preferable within an INGO
- Solid experience in finance and staff management
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic
